It's my first time to use Hansefit. I decided to take the membership through my company. I am glad that i did it! As I regularly swim, I could save money than paying privately. It also encourages me to do sports and be active. Looking forward to use it the the Fitness Studio near where i leave. And enjoy the advantages of being a member. Super, there is a company such a Hansefit. Cool concept you have.

Unfortunately account creation fails after activating the App. They decided to be user-friendy, which means the actual error message basically says nothing more than "doesn't work. please contact support". Unfortunately the only "Solution" the support had so far was "please try again" which obviously did not work.

Just started using Hansefit app and it's fantastic! The interface is user-friendly, and the discounts at partner establishments are a huge plus. Booking appointments is a breeze. However, I'm unclear about whether I can check in at multiple partners in a day, like a gym followed by a swimming pool. Also, it states I can check in once per partner, but more clarity on this policy would be helpful for better planning. Overall, great app, just hoping for clearer information on these features.
