Less paper, more time – with the hkk Service App, you can conveniently handle your requests from home:

• Applications: Apply for child sickness benefit, maternity benefit, and more

• Reimbursements: Submit reimbursements for hkk's additional benefits

• Sick leave notifications: View electronic sick leave notifications (eAU)

• Inbox: Receive letters and notices in real time in your online inbox

• Bonus program: Manage your bonus program and receive your reward

• Data: Change your contact details

• Certificates: Download insurance certificates

Security, registration, and use:

Your data is safe with us. The hkk Service App meets the highest data protection standards. Your login details apply to all hkk online services – including the online forms on hkk.de and the hkk ePA (electronic patient record).

For initial registration, you can easily have the activation code sent to your home or identify yourself online with your electronic identity card.


Good to know: For security reasons, the app does not work on rooted devices.

Ratings and reviews

New update locked me out of using the app because I use a custom OS on my phone. It apparently depends Google Play integration which sucks. Please fix!

At first it worked just perfectly fine but later the mailbox isn't available and now finally after the update, the app itself doesn't function at all.

For a second there, I thought I was unlucky that it crashed immediately on my phone. Then I saw the reviews saying the app just does not work. So I guess it behaves as expected? I'd just recommend to broaden the functionality to... anything basically.
