Security, registration, and use:

Your data is safe with us. The hkk Service App meets the highest data protection standards. Your login details apply to all hkk online services – including the online forms on hkk.de and the hkk ePA (electronic patient record).

For initial registration, you can easily have the activation code sent to your home or identify yourself online with your electronic identity card.


Good to know: For security reasons, the app does not work on rooted devices.

Nichts funktioniert! Update: Nach dem Erhalt neuen Zugangsdaten ich kann mich einloggen und es funktioniert. Leider viele Aufgaben muss man immer noch telefonisch erledigen. There is no more any way of contacting HKK except through the app. App has some big issues and many things are not working in it. Just continue like this and I will have to change the insurance and will also actively notify people of how bad is the support from HKK. the authentication for handing in documents doesn't work

After the April update i am not able to use the app anymore (custom ROM). Now i am excluded from digital services, while the ePA App from you still works fine, strange decision on security. There are other ways to check the integrity of the system. Android's hardware attestation API provides a much stronger form of attestation than the Play Integrity API with the ability to whitelist the keys of alternate operating system.

After company respond I want to give an update. After reinstall the app opens again but no documents can be opened what makes the app still useless. When the document should be opened only a white site will be shown. And the worst of all is that is doesn't matter what kind of system. I tried with, Android latest & Firefox, Android & Chrome, Mac & Chrome, Mac & Edge, iPhone & Edge, iPhone & Safari. Every setup gives me a white page. And BSI and Gematik have nothing to do with that.
