The ID Card Checker helps you evaluate the machine-readable zone of identity documents for accuracy and detect potential red flags.

The machine-readable zone of an ID or passport is produced according to the ICAO 9303 standard. It is generated from the personal data in the visual inspection zone. ID Card Checker calculates the mathematically correct check digits from the underlying data and compares them with the numbers in the machine-readable zone for accuracy.

Supports all ICAO document types:
• TD1 (e.g., credit card sized ID cards, 3 lines)
• TD2 (e.g., official identity cards, 2 lines)
• TD3 (e.g., passports, 2 lines)

It also provides an overview of the digits used in the OCR-B font, including counter-examples. This template gives you the opportunity to visually compare the printed numbers with the OCR-B standard.

The app shows examples of fake identity documents and incorrect machine-readable zones.

Not reccomended for retail workers. You can't see what valid state IDs look like as well as can't scan the ID

Won't not trust to put any info in. Over all formatting of app is low quality and sketchy

It's a very awkward and stupid app don't dare to download it,, useless.
