To access the app, simply use the same login details as for our online branch, "My IKK Südwest."

The IKK Südwest app meets the highest data protection standards. For your initial registration, you have several secure identification options:

• National ID card with PIN (eID): Identify yourself digitally with your smartphone and your national ID card, along with the corresponding PIN.

• POSTIDENT on-site: Identify yourself in person at a Deutsche Post branch.

• Activation code: Receive your activation code in person at an IKK Südwest branch office.

• Health insurance card and PIN: Identify yourself with your NFC-enabled health insurance card and the corresponding PIN.

• ID card without PIN (ePassport): Identify yourself digitally with your smartphone and passport or the new national identity card without a PIN.

Alternatively, we can also send you an activation code by mail to complete the initial registration.
