Kisi is a cloud-based door access control and security solution.
UNLOCK DOORS WITH YOUR PHONE
With the Kisi app, you can use your Android device to quickly and securely unlock any door equipped with Kisi.
* See the list of the doors you have access to and unlock them from the app

We've been using the smartphone set-up at my car club for at least 2 years, and it works fantastic! I installed it myself in place of the card reader system we had been using. The door strikes from the card reader system were compatible, so we were up and running in just a few hours. Kisi's tech support is great, too!

Thank you for reaching out, I appreciate that. This is most certainly a setup issue but perhaps even more than that an individual phone issue, based on a uniform software program that might not fit all phones. My wife's phone for example works just fine she has a Samsung 7 Edge, I have an LG v20 and can only open the entry Gates. I need someone to open the doors for the pool or remember to take the key fob. I set up both phones, hers and mine. Many people I talk to have the same issue.

thanks for replying! I did some googling and found out that many users are complaining about NFC performance of the LG v20. You say it works for the Gates but not for the pool – what error message/indication are you getting? Perhaps we can help. Feel free to reach out to support@getkisi.com so we can help troubleshoot.

This app sucks. It is so slow to update your location and I constantly have to click on the organization, click back, then click on it again to see the doors.
