Take care of your concerns about health and nursing care insurance here.
Overview:
- Receive messages directly to your eMailbox and keep track of your communications.
- Easy registration with your health ID, biometrics or lock code
- Apply for your international health certificate for Turkey, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Tunisia.
- Upload your invoices for various services.
- Apply for benefits for your family. For example, apply for child sickness benefit.
- Whether dentures or dental and orthodontic treatment. Upload your treatment documents here.
- Discover your Performance Plus and gain insight into your electronic patient receipt.
- Apply for your AktivBonus directly via the app.
- You can submit applications for cash benefits here. For example for maternity benefit.
- Manage your personal data here and change your address, for example.
- You can easily photograph and upload your sick note here.
Requirement:
- You are insured with KNAPPSCHAFT
- You have a valid electronic health card and the associated PIN
- Alternatively: You have an ID card and the associated PIN
- iOS 13.0 or newer
- macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later
- No device with a modified operating system, e.g. jailbreak
Registration:
You register with your health ID, biometrics or the lock code. If you have already created a health ID, for example for the My HEALTH app, you can register your device immediately. Further information at www.knappschaft.de/id-info.

Only one language? With millions of foreign workers in your country? That are you finking... Definitely it's not helping the business, but thanks for reply.

Severall times differnt errors while installing time out 504 Gateway. I'm done.

Hallo, bitte entschuldige die Probleme. Bitte überprüfe einmal, ob du schon das aktuelle Update installiert hast. Darüber hinaus kann es helfen, wenn du die App einmal deinstallierst und nochmal neu herunterlädst. Im Anschluss sollte die Anmeldung wieder ohne Probleme funktionieren.

Meine Knappschaft befindet sich seit 2 Wochen in der Wartung. Zumindest erscheint das Fenster beim öffnen der App, kann leider nichts online dazu finden. War es das mit der App? War eigentlich Recht bequem. Edit: funktioniert wieder.
