- Discover your additional benefits and view your electronic patient receipt.
- Apply for your Active Bonus directly through the app.
- Here you can submit applications for financial benefits, such as maternity pay.
- Manage your personal data here and change your address, for example.
- You can easily photograph and upload your sick note here.
Requirements:
- You are insured with KNAPPSCHAFT
- You have a valid electronic health card and the corresponding PIN
- Alternatively: You have a national identity card and the corresponding PIN
- Android 14 or later
- Not a device with a modified operating system, e.g., jailbroken
Registration:
Registration is done with your Health ID, via biometrics, or with your passcode. If you have already created a Health ID, for example, for the My HEALTH app, you can register your device immediately. Further information is available at www.knappschaft.de/id-info.

Severall times differnt errors while installing time out 504 Gateway. I'm done.

Hallo, bitte entschuldige die Probleme. Bitte überprüfe einmal, ob du schon das aktuelle Update installiert hast. Darüber hinaus kann es helfen, wenn du die App einmal deinstallierst und nochmal neu herunterlädst. Im Anschluss sollte die Anmeldung wieder ohne Probleme funktionieren.
