The caera emergency call system, consisting of the caera app and the caera emergency call bracelet, informs created emergency contacts in emergency situations via automatic fall detection or manually at the push of a button.
The caera emergency bracelet is set up and managed with the caera app.
The wearer's emergency contacts can also register in the caera app and will be notified in the caera app at the same time in the event of an emergency triggered by pressing a button on the caera emergency bracelet or by automatic fall detection.
The first emergency contact who answers the emergency call can establish a voice connection to the carrier and be navigated to the location. • The professional emergency call center can be booked via the caera app. This emergency call center is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year and meets the German standard for emergency call centers.
Storage of emergency information & medical data
• Emergency information can be stored for the professional 24/7 emergency call center. In an emergency, these are forwarded to the control center and are used to improve assistance.
Automatic push notifications
• The push notifications about the battery status of the caera emergency bracelet and emergency calls that appear on the smartphone of the emergency contact can be individually configured.
Emergency button & automatic fall detection
• An emergency call can be made manually via the caera emergency call bracelet using the integrated emergency call button or via automatic fall detection. In both cases, the emergency contacts are automatically informed via the caera app or the connected 24/7 emergency call center (requires an additional subscription).
