With access to the Moving Monkey® Academy, you will learn exercises, concepts and strategies that will support you on your way to a strong, flexible, pain-free body. The online courses are not included in the app, but are offered on our website at movingmonkey.de.

Anyone who doesn't yet have an online course can access the free Moving Monkey® blog via the app.

We welcome any feedback to make the app even better and more useful for you as an exercise enthusiast or trainer/therapist.
