About this app

OPTimizer is the companion app for patients of the Oberberg Clinics.

Use the app to answer the questionnaires assigned to you by your healthcare provider – on your smartphone, whenever and wherever it suits you.

ACCESS

To use the app, you need access from your clinic. Your healthcare provider will give you a QR code, which you scan the first time you launch the app. The app cannot be used without this access.

DATA PROTECTION

Your answers are transmitted encrypted and made available exclusively to your healthcare team. You can delete your locally stored data at any time within the app.

OPTimizer is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring of any disease. The app does not replace a consultation with your healthcare team. In case of acute symptoms, please contact your clinic or emergency services directly.
