Features removed from both app and their website. Weird and annoying result is that there is no way to change some settings. 1. Unwanted email notifications for purchases. No way to stop. I also never requested emails, they just started arriving. 2. No way to start or stop phone push notifications for purchases. My wife gets notifications for purchases and she is logged out of the app. I get notification and I want them, but there is also no setting for it.

why??? it worked well before...update is not working 😕 is there actually a "install" link for the "new" app/latest version? off to phoning the Miles and More service line...

Since the recent update, verification of online payments via Identity Check / 3D Secure no longer works - there's no app notification to approve and the payments fail quickly. I reported this to support three weeks ago and they knew about it already. It's still not fixed, even after they took their entire system down for *2* days of maintenance on a weekend. Unreliable.
