Updating my profile and details is such a pain. The app constantly glitches. Then it asks for an area code for your mobile number, which it adds on top of the country selection. It then saves it and when you realise the area code is in there twice, the system wants to send an SMS to the incorrect number, which fails and prompts you to call customer service. Very clunky design.

It froze for a few seconds when it started, and when I tried to book a flight for miles I got redirected to a webpage. Why have an app if it just redirects to web? Also, booking on the web always ends for me with a "Sorry, something went wrong" message and a link to support, which gives a 404 error...

The app performance has deteriorated in the last months. There seems to be a new bug that says: "your connection is blocked, please switch to another WiFi, data, etc or restart your device"...nothing has changed on my end in terms of connectivity, vpn, etc...This bug is very annoying especially when you need to use it for approval of credit card transactions...Can M&M service team please help look into this issue? Thank you!
