With our free My E.ON app you can easily resolve your concerns about your contract yourself - whether at home or on the go:
• Record your electricity and/or natural gas meter reading at any time and keep control of your consumption - use the photo function to avoid typing errors
• Simply adjust your monthly payment to your consumption
• With our online communication, you will receive all your invoices and contract documents conveniently and paperlessly in your mailbox and can download them yourself if necessary
• You can also adjust your banking information, update your personal information and view your contract details at any time
• If you have any questions or concerns, our chatbot Anna and our LiveChat team will be happy to help you
• As a My E.ON user, you can also benefit from our world of benefits with attractive offers and discounts

Further advantages of the My E.ON app:
• Simple and permanent login via Touch and Face ID (if your smartphone supports this functionality)

You are already registered in My E.ON:
To use the app, log in as usual with your My E.ON access data.

You are not yet registered in My E.ON:
Register with your contract account and registration code at www.eon.de/registrieren. If you do not yet have the registration code, you can request it online on the same page. If you are not yet an E.ON customer, registration is unfortunately not possible.

In 2024, ServiceValue GmbH, in collaboration with Focus Money, conducted an online survey about the most customer-friendly apps. The study of the 605 selected apps is based on 97,592 user votes. no language selection other than German. It's also impossible to select text to copy or screenshot it to translate elsewhere. Yes I know my German should be better but this makes it unusable.

The options are limited. No way to correct the readings after the move-out. You are asked to use the contact form or phone call for corrections but nobody is taking any action. Competitors have better apps.

There's no much to do in the app. Screenshot is also not possible so when you send them meter reading thru the app you can't proof what did you send them. Probably can save you time when you want to reach them and that is something that you'll definitely need.
