• Simply adjust your monthly payment to your consumption – you are also welcome to use our personal payment recommendation with the payment check
• With our online communication, you receive all your invoices and contract documents conveniently and paperless in your mailbox and you can download them yourself if required
• You can also adjust your bank details, update your personal details and view your contract details at any time
• If you have any questions or concerns, our chatbot Anna and our LiveChat team will be happy to help
• As a Mein E.ON user, you can also benefit from our world of advantages with attractive offers and discounts

• Simple and permanent login via touch and face ID (if your smartphone supports this functionality)

You are already registered in My E.ON:
To use the app, log in as usual with your access data from Mein E.ON.

You are not yet registered in My E.ON:
Register with your contract account and the registration code at www.eon.de/registrieren. If you do not have the registration code yet, you can request it online on the same page. If you are not yet an E.ON customer, registration is unfortunately not possible.

Ratings and reviews

Would be 5 stars if I could see the monthly usage. It is an essential feature. What's the point of entering the meter readings every month?

Why tf can't I make a screenshot of the app? What super secret data does it have that I cant make myself a screenshot? update: "iTs NoT a bUg, itS a FeaTUrE 🥴" is not an excuse. Especially, if you imply screenshots are supported on other platforms.

There's no much to do in the app. Screenshot is also not possible so when you send them meter reading thru the app you can't proof what did you send them. Probably can save you time when you want to reach them and that is something that you'll definitely need.
