MIRAmoves is the course studio for fitness and dance in Dresden, where beginners and advanced athletes have individual training opportunities.
In a high-quality and modern course studio, we have equipped our two course rooms with a sprung floor, air conditioning and ventilation system to offer a variety of sporting and dance fitness courses for all age groups from babies to old age for both sexes. Our studio is completely refurbished with a variety of state-of-the-art equipment and offers the best conditions for all guests and the whole family.
Our courses are health insurance certified by all statutory health insurance companies:
DELFI® – course for babies up to 12 months
Family playroom for children from 1.5 to 3 years
BackFIT (strength and flexibility)
Cardiovascular training indoors and outdoors
