ProfiPOS MDB connects supported vending machines to the ProfiPOS system. Operators receive a clear device status and a secure, location-specific setup.
The app is designed for permanently assigned ProfiPOS terminals and is set up without manual type selection via the device QR code at the location.
The complete vending machine workflow combines product selection, payment authorization, dispensing sensor, and inventory management. If no product is dispensed after an authorized payment, ProfiPOS automatically initiates a refund.
A fully local reviewer demo is available directly on the setup page for Google Play testing. It includes six test products and simulates both a successful purchase and automatic refund without any actual payment, vending machine hardware, or inventory changes.
