With the RareLink app (formerly MyaLink), people with rare diseases can easily and efficiently monitor their health together with their treating physician.
NOTE
A one-time code is required for app installation. You will receive this code from a physician who uses the RareLink platform for remote health monitoring of their patients.
Members of the German Myasthenia Gravis Association (DMG) can download the app for self-monitoring free of charge for iOS and Android. Activation requires a code, which members receive from the DMG.
The RareLink app does not replace a necessary doctor's visit and must be used carefully under medical supervision.
INFORMATION
RareLink is a Class I medical device according to the MDD and bears the CE mark. RareLink is ad-free. No in-app purchases or other paid app extensions are offered.
RareLink was developed by the software provider Qurasoft in collaboration with a team of neurologists from Charité University Hospital Berlin.
DATA PROTECTION
When you use RareLink for self-monitoring, the collected data remains only on your smartphone. Only when you share your health diary with a doctor or export the data as a PDF file is the information encrypted and processed on a medical server in Germany. Only you and, if necessary, your doctor have access to this data. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
