I love the app and the books are clean plus I never had a problem with the delivery or anything else.

Had to reinstall the app the other week as my basket was suddenly empty. After successfully using it again, was ready to complete the minimum amount to sell, and same thing happened again. Basket's empty and it can't scan anything. Reinstalled it and nothings changed. Nothings wrong with my phone as all my other apps including another app similar to rebuy works fine.

I created an account on the rebuy website, and I can consistently log in using the credentials I have created, but the same credentials do not work in this app. I did uninstall and install back as requested by the IT crowd (did you turn it off and on again :-) ) but my website credentials still don't work. Maybe the problem is the fact I created my account is on rebuy.fr. --- Hallo, ich habe die App aus dem Französischen PlayStore installiert, dass war auch so das erste Mal. Aber dass ist in Ordnung, ich brauche die App nicht unbedingt, ich werde die Website benützen.
