So my money gets pulled from the bank account, just to get ghosted by the seller. This app requires a phone number for registration, yet they will not send a text to the seller letting them know that somebody bought their bike. Some people don't check emails or may not have the app. Now I need to wait 48 hours for my refund and a week for the money to return to my account. Absolute waste of time and a terrible way of handling things on buycycles end. I'll never reccomend or use this again.

I'll start off by saying the app and the infrastructure is great. The customer service and how they communicate is a 5/5. What made me honestly not want to use the app again (at least for bikes) is the very limited time you have to check if the bike is good. I do not think 48 hours upon delivery is enough time especially for higher end products when there's so much to go through. I'm almost a grand deep in repairs for things I wasn't able to find in 2 days now.

Had a good experience with Buycycle. There are lots of bikes for sale so you have many options at any price point. I bought an eight year old high-end Cannondale road bike and saved a LOT of money compared to new. The bike came from Germany, and there was a little bit of confusion with the shipping. Also the shipping box was beat up but the bike with in good shape and came as advertised (good condition, which meant a number of scuffs and dings but noting structural). Good experience overall.
