This app aims to replace spreadsheet-based billing of rental ancillary costs, household or holiday funds with a flexible, database-based approach. The no-frills app is ad-free and free of charge except for the reporting functionality.
As soon as a group of people is pursuing a joint project, sooner or later the question arises as to how the costs should be shared fairly and offset against the payments made by the group members. This app provides a simple but very flexible set of tools to answer this question. It can be used for the comparatively simple accounting of holiday or household funds as well as more complicated cases such as rental ancillary cost accounting. Normally, the costs laid out in the holiday fund are offset, while in the ancillary cost settlement, down payments are offset against the costs incurred. The costs are not distributed equally, but according to fixed proportions such as the size of the apartment or the amount of electricity and water consumed.
Features:
- Quantities and amounts of money can be recorded directly or indirectly using a calculation formula. The formula values can be provided with units of measure for better understanding. An example of power consumption would be '245kWh - 189kWh'. An example for the local share of heating costs from January to March according to degree day figures DDF would be '120sqm * (175JanuaryDDF + 190FebruaryDDF + 115MarchDDF) / 1000annual DDF'. The calculation formula is saved for documentation purposes.
- Cost items can be sorted by name, date, amount or freely selectable categories
- Optionally, the costs can be divided according to time and/or quantity
- Payments on account, compensation payments and expenses are supported.
- Billing report in PDF format broken down by participants.
- Settlements can be exported and imported for sharing and backup.
