The Schuler experts switch themselves virtually into the press user's field of vision. System data can be exchanged in real time via images or video sequences. This allows errors to be viewed and assessed quickly. After approval by our customers, the experts can switch to the control via remote access in order to solve the problem remotely or to initiate further measures.
