The Hotline and Remote Service Center (RSC) is the central point of contact for Schuler customers in the event of technical faults. Your primary concern is to reduce costly plant downtimes. Schuler Connect offers hotline and remote support via smart glasses, smartphone or tablet. Press users network with Schuler experts via smart devices. The Schuler experts switch themselves virtually into the press user's field of vision. System data can be exchanged in real time via images or video sequences. This allows errors to be viewed and assessed quickly. After approval by our customers, the experts can switch to the control via remote access in order to solve the problem remotely or to initiate further measures. The remote service supported by smart devices shortens machine downtimes and technicians considerably, thereby reducing costs.
