WUNDERA® is a mobile and easy-to-use app for the documentation of chronic wounds, which helps you to record chronic wounds for your documentation and the MDK quickly, easily and uncomplicatedly and to save and forward them in accordance with GDPR.
Regardless of whether you are an outpatient care service, an inpatient care provider or an independent wound expert, you as a nurse benefit from the simplicity and speed of wound documentation with WUNDERA®.

Prepare for your treatment:
- Creation of new patients and their wounds on the PC or mobile
- Filing anamnesis for the patient
- Information about the current treatment for a wound at a glance
- Overview of the tendency of a wound in the course of treatment
- Import your patients and wounds from Curasoft® and myneva heimbas®
- Simple tour creation as a to-do list for a quicker overview of your current patients
- All functions can be used without the Internet
Carrying out your treatment:
- simple and expert standard-compliant (according to DNQP) wound documentation
- Possibility of defining your own selection options in the wound documentation for all nurses in order to remain uniform throughout the company
- automatic measurement of wounds without the need for a ruler
- Exchange of notes with colleagues for a smooth handover
Post-processing of your treatment:
- Possibility of post-processing of wound reports in WUNDERA WEB®
- Sending wound reports to the treating doctor, the nursing home, the MDK or other interested parties by email (encrypted of course and GDPR-compliant)
