Admin, please help solve problem!! My account got signed out on its own and I didn't remember the password so tried to reset my password, but when I click the link sent to my email it gives an error message on the app and asks to try again. I've tried to sign back in several times for a couple of days now. Please help, Thanks!

Lot of time shoop is not able to track transactions and there is no easy way to raise a ticket by highlighting them on clicks.
