SiMaDoo helps groups, clubs, teams, friends and travel parties organise shared cashboxes and events clearly and settle expenses fairly.

SHARED AND TEAM CASHBOXES
Manage members, contributions and other income as well as expenses. Keep an eye on cash, account and total balances, budgets, outstanding amounts and pending tasks or contributions in kind.

EVENT CASHBOX AND SEPARATE EXPENSES
Plan events with participants and a budget. Record deposits and expenses, including purchases paid privately or separately by individual people. SiMaDoo brings everything together for a clear settlement.

ROLES AND PERSONAL ACCESS
Cashbox managers, members, event leaders and participants receive functions suited to their role. Invited members and participants use their own access free of charge. Management of a shared cashbox can be transferred to an active member who is already connected.

NO MANDATORY REGISTRATION
SiMaDoo can be used without mandatory registration. Anyone who wants to restore access after changing devices or reinstalling the app can voluntarily secure it with a verified email address and password. Without this optional protection, access cannot be restored.

RECEIPTS, NOTES AND REPORTS
Add notes and receipt photos to entries. PDF and Excel exports support cash reports, overviews and final settlements.

IMPORTANT
SiMaDoo records and calculates shared money movements. The app does not execute payments, hold money or replace a bank or payment service.

No subscription. No automatic renewal. Paid offers are purchased only through a deliberately initiated one-time purchase.
