Update major error... App updated last night, opened one of my activity launcher shortcuts and was met with the settings to create that activity again along with a pop-up saying it now has ads, went through the process and paid the money to remove the ads, it then took me to a different version of the app on the Play Store and wanted me to install it, I tapped install and then met with an error that it couldn't download and install this different version. Fail.

Hopeless App. Search is highly ineffective. If one tries to find 'Lock Apps' [MIUI Security> Boost Speed> Lock Apps], one will never find THIS IMPORTANT SUB-SETTING in the app. Many activities are NOT LAUNCHED. The app pops up errors launching activities. NEVER UPDATE this app. As the updated version 2.4.0 knocks off your precious Homescreen shortcuts. Less utility but MORE PUBLICITY app. I paid for the app but it NEVER INSTALLED. PlayStore PROMPTLY refunded me on 8 July 2026.

A great tool! I wish they hadn't erased all my created shortcuts just to tell me I can purchase ad-free now. edit: I was tired and grumpy at my first review. I've since given 5 stars and paid for ad removal to support great developers.
