About this app

TECTUS MultiPEN connects your Android device to a paired TECTUS MultiPEN RFID reader via Bluetooth.

The app supports day-to-day reading, configuration and diagnostic workflows for compatible MultiPEN devices. Read tag identifiers, request stored tag data, check device information and configure the output format directly from your Android phone or tablet.

- Connect to paired TECTUS MultiPEN devices using Bluetooth
- Read RFID tag identifiers
- Request the last tag and the stored tag list
- Check memory and device version information
- Set the device date and time
- Configure date, time and tag-type output
- Update the Bluetooth device name and echo setting
- Export numbered tag data as a text file
- Export terminal communication as a text file
- Use the integrated terminal for diagnostics
- Automatically reconnect after an unexpected connection loss

The MultiPEN must be paired in the Android Bluetooth settings before it can be selected in the app. Available reading functions and supported RFID frequency ranges depend on the connected MultiPEN model and firmware.
