TRACK is an app for hikers who are hiking individually or in small groups on the DMK TRANSALP charity trail. With this digital hiking guide, the hiking experience is once again the direct focus. Unlike all established outdoor apps, TRACK provides information about points of interest in the area without interrupting the tour by checking your smartphone or stopping.
Experience the adventure of a Transalp with the DMK TRANSALP: The new route across the Alps was specially developed for DUMUSSTKÄMPFEN! and starts in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, steeped in the atmosphere of the Winter Olympics. It continues through the Wetterstein Mountains past the Zugspitze to the stunning Seebensee in the Miemmingen Range. Over the Grünsteinscharte ridge, the route descends into the Inn Valley to the magnificent Cistercian monastery in Stams. From there, it continues along the Ötztal Valley past Sölden to Obergurgl. At the Langtaler Joch (3,031 m), the main Alpine ridge is finally crossed. The route leads over the Passo Gelato to the colorful Spronser Lakes above Tirolo. The largest high-alpine lake district in the Eastern Alps consists of ten high-altitude lakes, which are among the most beautiful in the entire Alpine arc. The destination of the Alpine crossing is the Bozen Gate in the historic center of the Alpine-Mediterranean spa town of Merano.
