Absurd! Both me and my son have not managed to go through the ID verification step, the process breaks down at different steps. For me, it "doesn't recognize the face in the frame". Pixel 7, good camera, good light. For my son, the process broke down during the verification call - audio (loudspeaker) issues. Support completely unhelpful "uninstall and install again, maybe that will help". It didn't.

App is great. The customer service is the worst thing in the history of service. Any email you sent will be replied in two or three weeks time with a template answer that 95% of time doesn't answer your question. Quite frustrating if they have your money. I suggest the app if you are looking to start trading and see how things work. Other than that is useless on the long term because customer service is so bad. I spent a whole year trying to transfer my assets overseas. Months of frustration.

After some updates, the app became a little better but still not the most intuitive. There's for example no way of listing all scheduled transfers if there are more then 12, some just don't show in the list. And the way of getting to list them is not the most intuitive way. Please do some sort of survey, get input from users and fix your app. Why is it so difficult for you to get it right? Edit: why can't I filter transfers by a given sender name? the app is too buggy. Cannot see security infos
