excursion booked via app was not confirmed, so we simply lost a day without being able to plan something else. When communicating about this, another excursion Was also cancelled accidentally. TUI rep in the hotel recommended to book excursions in the hotel, and NOT via the app.

The app works OK, but why am I spammed by notifications?! Ive checked some excursions, and I had a dozen of "This excursion is still free!" notifications. Very off-putting and intrusive.

I have downloaded the app to be able to track my flights status easily, but the app doesnt allow me to register. It also doesn't recognize the booking code I have on my e-ticket and the bill. I find the user experience very poor with a bad lay out, a lot of text for little information - ultimately to fail processing the information on the very landing page. I have uninstalled the app. Pity - Tui needs to modernize, for competitivity, at least, if not for customer retention.
