• Prof. Peter Schwarz tells you why exercise is the key to a healthy body and mind
• You measure your success by recording all activities in the app - step counts can be automatically transferred from Health, Google Fit and Fitbit
• In the chat, your personal trainer Ivonne and Prof. Peter Schwarz will answer your questions about the course
• In the VIDEA BEWEGT forum you can exchange ideas with like-minded people
• You can test your knowledge at the end of each stage with exciting quizzes
