With the vivida bkk app, you can handle many matters related to your health insurance quickly, securely, and conveniently – anytime, anywhere.

REGISTRATION

Registration is required before first use. The process takes approximately 10 minutes.

1. Install the vivida bkk app

2. Register with your personal information

3. Verify your identity via:

• Online ID function (eID) via Nect – activate online immediately

or
• Receive an activation letter with a one-time password by mail and complete your registration

Your advantage: Your sensitive data is optimally protected by our secure registration process.

FUNCTIONS

• Manage personal data: View and change your address, contact information, and bank details (also for co-insured family members)

• Communicate digitally: Send secure messages via the online mailbox and submit documents

• Apply for benefits: e.g. Apply digitally for things like child sickness benefits, assistive devices, or exemption from co-payments

Submit sick notes: Upload a photo of your certificate of incapacity for work (AU) and view your electronic certificate of incapacity for work (eAU)

Use the bonus program: Submit your activities, upload supporting documents, and receive rewards

Manage your health data: Keep track of vaccinations, preventive care, and medication plans

Manage your health card: Apply for a new electronic health card (eGK) or request a replacement certificate

Settings & Security: Manage consents and confirm sensitive processes with two-factor authentication

Contact & Service: Find vivida bkk locations and contact persons

Your sensitive data is protected by a secure login. Initial registration is completed via an activation letter with a one-time password or online using eID. This ensures two-factor authentication (2FA). After registration, you can log in using a self-chosen PIN or biometrically (Face ID or fingerprint).
