Security, registration, and usage:

Protecting your data is our top priority. All data is transmitted and stored using encryption. Do you already have access to the WMF BKK ePA app? Then simply log in with your existing credentials.

Not yet registered? For your initial registration directly in the app, you will also need to verify your identity using these secure methods:

• Online ID function (eID): Identify yourself digitally with your smartphone and your national identity card or ePassport along with your PIN.

• Electronic health card (eGK) with PIN: Identify yourself with your NFC-enabled eGK and the corresponding PIN.

• PostIdent: Identify yourself in person at a Deutsche Post branch.

• Activation code: Identify yourself in person at our branch office.
