Ratings and reviews

Using the app as I was forced to after the merge with Degiro years ago. I'm never sure if I'm buying the stock I want as they are not associated with the ticker, but bought on alternative (often very illiquid) markets. Many mid-size stocks or on foreign markets are not available. Fees are quite high compared to other platforms. App works ok, so 3*. I've changed to IB and I'm much happier there.

If you want to invest using Flatex. Seriously don't. Both their app and website are so basic. Their charts are basic, they have less than 8 indicators, not all the stocks are listed, even the ones talked about on all major financial news outlets. They have sync issues, multiple users reported that Flatex shows you wrong balance and takes up to 24 hours to show you how much you actually have. Add to that the fees they charge per trade are very very high compared to other brokers.

The App doesn't allow me to register for an account. I open the app, click the register button, and immediately see an error: "Es ist ein Problem bei der Kommunikation mit dem Server aufgetreten. SSL-Fehler (3): Dem Zertifikat wird nicht vertraut" Since the App is the only way to register for flatex, I can't register for flatex at all. Awful user experience. The app is completely unusable.
