I'm regretting bought items on this app. I don't know if it was delivery or you people are lying, they kept saying they come to my and couldn't deliver my parcel whereas they didn't come

Ordering is great and the products and offers are very interesting. The only process which could be improved is the returns process.

I was surprised to find that your algorithm only offered a bank transfer as a payment option for my recent order. In 2024, with so many simple, instant payment methods this feels unnecessarily complicated! The process of opening a banking app, entering Zalando's details, and setting up a transfer simply doesn't align with the fast, user-friendly experience we’ve come to expect in online shopping. To be honest, I ended up canceling the order instead, as it felt like more hassle than it was worth.
