Ratings and reviews

Did anyone realized these are not deals but are simply defective stuff?! Happened to me more than twice already! Goodbye Zalando privé! Or at least be honest and say those are defective products, so, discounted!

I've received an order today and need to return both dresses as the size is incorrect. I cannot find any trace of the order online and there is no paperwork with the order. Where or how do I return the dresses please??

I gave 3stars for some other reasons and not related to the products. The products are good quality. The products arrived home in the time. This app works well and have very good sales sometimes, also in the best brands. This are the 2 reasons i remove 2 stars: 1- I suggest the zalando team to create 2 new features in this app: the possibility to search with the product name or the brand name and a page that inform the user about all the brands included 2- As I pay the shipping, i want it faster
