it's kind of annoying that when you're watching the short form videos in the app (tiktok), which I find quite good usually, and you swipe to the next video that it's always muted again, meaning you have to unmute it and miss the beginning of the video. if I have already unmuted the first video assume that the next video that I swipe to should also be unmuted please

Update Feb 24: Still keeps happening and noone seems to be interested in fixing. Poor feedback management :( Happens way too often that an ad (donation program) is triggered while reading which removes the complete article and only this very ad is shown in the top left corner. Only way out is to go back, reopen the article and hope it doesn't happen again. Happens at the weirdest and most random moments while reading. Persistent for months. Will avoid your app from now on :(

Full of ads and tracking, even if you're a subscriber. The login page to opt out of the tracking doesn't accept your login (for any of paper, digital, or "Kombi" Abos). You have to subscribe to a completely separate "Pur Abo" which is billed separately, and only gives "less" ads and still includes tracking with at least Google Analytics. Absolute BS. I'll just use Firefox with tracking protection and Adblock, thanks.

What’s new

Dieses Update bringt vor allem drei Bugfixes:
• Werbefrei-Abonnent:innen hörten Podcasts im Audiobereich teilweise trotz ihres Abos mit Werbung.
• Seit der Einführung von Offline-Audio im letzten Release scrollte die App häufig ungefragt an den Anfang des Artikels.
• Geräte weniger Hersteller stürzten beim Abspielen von Audios unter Umständen ab, da es Probleme mit der Aktivierung des System-Audioplayers gab.
