Ratings and reviews

The app seems to have improved over the years nicely, long ago my main complain was about getting bothered with marketing notifications but those seem to be gone and at least they added a channel in the notification permission to disable marketing. The store has always been great and the app makes it easy to order and follow orders without getting in the way.

Easy to use and has a favorite function so you don't have to search for things you buy regularly. Has many categories and proper filters. I also like that all the information for the product is in slides. Like the first slide you can choose variations/quantity, then you can swipe to the left for description, contents etc. Can be a bit laggy only when scrolling down the "special points" products (those you get for free) but it just tries to show you how many points you have left and the filters.

Watch out, they rip you off! I wanted to order a bag of cat food via the app, got some weird error so I went to the website and it's 15€ cheaper??? I was pissed off so went looking around and found it even cheaper somewhere else. This is how you lose long time customers... Trust in the app and zooplus is gone.
