App is easy to use, nice functionality, good prices; I don't always find exactly what I was looking for but a close enough substitute is always available. Huge negative point is their default shipping partner (at least in Hungary) which seems to employ the rudest couriers known to man. I understand that they're not actually zooplus employees but their behaviour makes me very much not look forward to shopping here.

Ive just started using zooplus for my diabetic cat food. So far delivery time has been good, and stock has been consistent. One criticism is packaging, which is often quite damaged and the courier they use is notably harshly criticised for their delivery cock ups, so there is always an element of "fingers crossed" as to whether the order gets delivered to the correct address or not! Other than that i would recommend them.

Glitchy. Did not recognise the locaiton correctly - but that was easy to fix. However, the app does not process orders and freezes at checkout. Such a shame. Zooplus is a fanatstic online shop (have been a customer for years) but the app is a disaster and its a shame zooplus is forcing it on its customers by offering discounts exclusively in the app
