Existing patients can use the Allara app to communicate with providers, book video visits, track health goals, and discover healthy recipes & educational content.

Allara is reimagining women's hormonal care from the ground up and provides specialized care from experts who get it. We know hormonal health care isn't "one size fits all" so we combine lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and medical expertise to tailor a unique plan based on your individual needs. Our providers are leading minds in the women's health space so when it comes to finding a long-term plan that's right for you, they're not giving up.

Ratings and reviews

I went to go book a follow up appointment and the app would only allow me to schedule a second "initial appointment" then THEY cancelled it because it was categorized incorrectly & rebooked it for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment without checking that I could make it. when I reached out to customer support they refused to clarify why they changed my appointment time, insisting that it was the same time despite my emails showing the 2 hour change. I am unable to cancel because it's today.

Their insurance verification is unreliable. I was told that I was in network for multiple visits, then was later told that I wasn't and now owe hundreds of dollars. I also had issues canceling appointments in the app, and called to cancel (with adequate notice). I was charged for these visits as if I had no-showed.

The app is not good. I can't login more often than I can. I get varying error messages. Even on the desktop site, I have constantly have issues trying to login. Whatever platform they are using, is not a good one. I also find the app hard to view things in, like it's not formatted correctly for a phone. I hope this is able to be resolved so it doesn't hinder care.
