Starting with water, fire, earth, and people, the entirety of Taiwan is crafted.
Add two elements to create a new one: water + fire = hot springs, sea + mountain = Formosa, pearls + milk tea = bubble tea. Continue combining them, and night markets, temple fairs, motorcycle waterfalls, tea eggs, and even the Tiger God statue can all be created—but no one tells you how to combine them.
◆ 450 Taiwanese Elements, 862 Recipes
Ten categories: heaven and earth, creatures, people, ingredients, food, drinks, places, customs, objects, and daily life; 84 rare discoveries. Each is hand-painted watercolor, and most come with a phrase only Taiwanese people understand. 39 of these are only available on the app.
◆ Animated Watercolors (App Exclusive)
328 of the watercolor elements are alive: the objects in the paintings come to life the moment a new discovery is revealed or when you flip through the element cards.
◆ Stamps, Sound Effects, Vibrations
Every new discovery is marked with a vermilion stamp, "First Encounter," which lands on the rice paper. Placing it, combining it, failing to combine it, and rare discoveries each have their own sounds and vibrations.
◆ Recipe Collection Book (App Exclusive)
Every recipe you've combined is recorded. The same item often has more than one valid recipe; the collection book will tell you "Sea: 1/2 recipes"—there's one recipe you haven't found yet, but it won't tell you which one.
◆ Green Dot Hints, Tasks, Achievements
When you're stuck, look for elements with green dots: they can combine with your current items to create unseen recipes. 15 tasks point to the next step, and 8 achievement stamps await you; the collection book has 450 slots per page, and uncollected items only have numbers.
◆ Completely Offline, No Ads, No Account Required
No registration or internet connection required. Play on the subway, on a plane, or in the mountains. The app does not collect any data.
◆ You can transfer your progress from the web version. If you played the web version, scan the QR code with the "Transfer to App" button on the webpage, and your element and recipe records will be transferred together.
