Ocho is an interval workout timer for HIIT, EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, and custom circuits. Large clock, full-screen phase colours, sound, and vibration — follow the session without staring at the phone.
Pick a mode, set the times, start. A short countdown begins the workout. Work and rest use different colours, sounds, and vibration patterns so you know the phase at a glance.
Modes
• EMOM — set total time and interval; cue at each minute or interval boundary
• Tabata — set work, rest, and duration; phases change automatically
• AMRAP — one continuous block; count rounds yourself
• Custom Timer — sets, work, and rest; no rest after the last work set
Before you start, a timeline preview shows the structure. Save named presets per mode. Pause and resume from the same point. Stop asks for confirmation so you do not end a session by accident. The screen stays on during a workout.
Works offline. No account. No tracking. Nothing to sign up for.
Ocho is open source (GPLv3). The Google Play build updates through Play.
