What’s new

Fixed search history bug where hadith sections weren't displaying consistently after the first search. Improved hadith data extraction and search results saving. Enhanced error handling for OpenAI API issues. Cleaned up debug logging. Search history now properly shows both Quran and Hadith sections for all searches.
