Lighthouse is a personal regulation and capacity tool, built for neurodivergent minds.
Many recommended regulation tools don't account for challenges with interoception, or the disconnect between mind and body that a lot of neurodivergent people experience. They ask you to notice how you're feeling before you can act on it, which isn't always something that's accessible in the moment.
Lighthouse works differently. Instead of asking you to name a feeling, it tracks the observable, external factors that tend to come before a hard day, and gently reminds you what helps, before you're already overwhelmed.
Lighthouse isn't powered by AI. It runs on a dynamic risk matrix, built entirely from the factors, risk levels, and pre-planned actions you set up yourself.
What it does:
• A daily overview showing where things currently stand, pulled together automatically from what you've set up elsewhere in the app
• A check-in tool for in-the-moment tracking of the factors that tend to build toward a harder day, with optional gentle reminders for the ones that matter most to you
• A customisable escalation tool for anything that tends to build in intensity over time, with reminders of pre-planned actions for each escalation level
• A place to plan ahead for demands you already know are coming
• Full light and dark mode, with six colour themes to choose from - including a low sensory palette
Built to be low-demand. Nothing is required to get started. Every section is optional, fills in gradually, and adapts entirely to what you personally need it to track — there's no fixed list imposed on you.
There are no regular check-ins or reminders, reducing the overall demand level of the app. It's designed to work with and for low-demand needs.
Your data stays yours. Lighthouse has no account system, no server, and no analytics. Everything you enter is stored only on your own device, never sent anywhere, never shared, and never seen by anyone - including us.
Lighthouse is there to catch you before the collision, and guide you back to safety when visibility is low.
