Forgets I have premium, crashes when running in the background. I am trying to delete 4yrs of Facebook posts (photos, videos, text) which it advertised "all" is possible. It has deleted some, but definitely not all. It seems to prioritize most recent first, which is perhaps the opposite of what I'd want as a user because I can do that myself. It's the older, more hidden, stuff I'd want erased. Anyway, got to something like 900 posts deleted and crashed out. Now there's no history of it either.

ugh, just when I was likng this app another update ruins it. the UI is much worse, the app no longer runs in the background and you must keep it running with the screen on in order to redact anything, it is MUCH slower than it was just a couple days ago, and suspiciously the speed is no longer displayed. I'm going to use it as much as possible in the next month and will not be buying another year subscription. I would have done it happily a week ago. so disappointing

I'm starting with a fresh review and lowered down to 1 star. I emailed support like instructed they asked for account info so they can help, I gave them the info, now after 2 days it won't let me email that email anymore. this app works great until it doesn't this is my 2nd time on this app. do not download. if they respond and fix the issue ill fix my review.
