About this app

M3U TV is the native client layer of the open-source m3u suite – a self-hostable IPTV and streaming management platform. It pairs with the m3u editor web service (open source, self-hosted) to bring your providers' live, on-demand and catalog content into the living room with a D-pad-first interface designed for handhelds and TVs.

LIVE TV
• Browse channels from your M3U playlists with a live, multi-day Electronic Program Guide (EPG).
• "Now playing" and "what's next" rows surface current and upcoming programs at a glance.
• Channel favorites and recents for quick launcher access.
• Works with both Xtream Codes-style and standard M3U playlists.

MOVIES & SERIES (VOD)
• Continue watching across movies, episodes and AIOStreams catalog content.
• Trakt sync keeps watched state, collections and watchlist in step across all your devices.
• Favorites and per-show progress tracking.
• Search across your entire content catalog.

AIOSTREAMS
• Unified catalog rows on the homepage combine all your sources in one browseable feed.
• Continue watching is surfaced at the top so you can pick up where you left off.

PLAYBACK
• Native ExoPlayer / Media3 video pipeline on Android TV.
• Automatic fallback handling when a stream won't play directly.
• Optional in-player backend diagnostics panel for advanced users.

PLATFORMS
• Android TV / Google TV (leanback launcher, D-pad driven).
• Also available on Apple TV (tvOS), iOS, macOS, Linux and Windows.

M3U TV is the client layer of the m3u suite. The m3u editor server is open source and self-hosted — bring your own playlists, your own tokens, your own server.
