Wellnest is a wellness app you share with the people you love. Start a circle for your family, your friends or your running club, and each of you gets a daily rhythm score that fills as the day happens: steps and workouts, sleep and bedtime, a few minutes of breathing, a five second check-in, and the small things you do for each other.
Your circle sees how everyone's day is going, at the level of detail each person chooses to share. When someone could use a push, send a nudge: "Go to bed", "Walk?", "Proud of you". Start a challenge together, like 200,000 family steps in two weeks or an early to bed week, and watch everyone's effort add up to one goal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your rhythm score for move, rest, mind, check-in and connect
• Start or join circles with an invite code
• Send nudges and cheer on moments from your circle
• Take on team and individual challenges
• Breathe with box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing and the physiological sigh
• Sit quietly with an interval bell
• Choose exactly what each circle can see
Steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes can come from Health Connect, or you can log them by hand. Breathing sessions are saved back to Health Connect if you allow it.
A rough day scores the same check-in points as a great one. Wellnest never grades your mood, never sells your data and has no ads.

Wellnest is free to use. Wellnest Plus unlocks unlimited circles you start, 30 day insights and the whole Mind library. Plus is 4.99 USD a month, or 29.99 USD a year with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers (prices vary by country). Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play subscriptions.
