Features:
- OBS WebSocket controls for scenes, BRB, and starting or stopping the OBS broadcase
- Dual-camera picture-in-picture on supported phones (uses more power and may heat the phone quickly)
- Torch toggle for dark areas
- BRB mode with microphone and camera blocking, plus a custom image or OBS scene option
- Public Twitch, Kick and YouTube chat viewable on screen
- Local recording while streaming for clips, edits, or VODs
- Text, image and web overlays shown in your stream
- RTMPS and SRT streaming to compatible destinations
- 480p, 720p and 1080p stream quality presets
- Automatic bitrate adjustment
- Automatic reconnection after connection drops
- Microphone and camera mute buttons
- Live overlay values for time, date, battery, bitrate, compas, stream duration, and optional ones like GPS data.
- Save up to three stream destinations for quick switching
- Exportable on-device diagnostics
Roam Live does not provide a streaming platform, OBS Studio or a private networking service. You supply your own compatible destination and any third-party accounts or services you choose to use.
OBS control should be used through a private network. Do not expose OBS WebSocket directly to the public internet.
Roam Live requires Android 10 or newer and is designed for landscape streaming. Portrait streaming is not currently supported. Camera and microphone access are required. Location access is optional and used only for GPS-backed overlays.
