Ratings and reviews

Could use some work. The main homepage doesn't load anything relevant. Seems to think I am in Europe not the USA. When I go to the map it does seem to figure out where I am and I can look at the few places nearby that are registered. Hasn't revealed any useful information yet. Its got potential though, if more places start using it. I would like more options in the settings. First I don't want sounds on, the little raisin song when it loads is annoying. Would like to distance units to miles.

Please please get rid of the awful sound when you open the app. Or at the very least have some way of disabling it. It's very unexpected and off putting if it suddenly makes a noise when you're not expecting your phone to make any noise...

Great idea, needs polish. Once loaded, the app receive recognizes my location because it will tell me how far away recommendations are but will not update with recommendations nearby unless prompted. The recommendations for wine stores seem okay but are missing a restaurant and a wine bar in my city that appear on the map. The app crashes when I try to edit a review. The system to say you like/drank a wine is not intuitive. I will update as I continue to use the app, I love the idea.

What’s new

Our latest update includes a redesigned Notification Center, keeping you instantly connected whenever you gain a follower, a like, or a new wine discovery is verified. We've also improved navigation with smarter deep links from notifications and news, ensuring you always land on the right page. Search and the scanner have moved to the main navigation — with a full search revamp coming in an upcoming release.
