Ratings and reviews

A very useful app until the latest upgrade. Have used the app for two years and found it very helpful in the ratings and recommendations. However the recent upgrade is now pushing a paid 'premium' service, includes intrusive pop-over ads, and tells me my favoutite wine styles will be a "poor match". Poor decision to go down this route.

I don't mind some non-intrusive ads, or a small one off fee, or even a small subscription to help fund improvements. This premium fee is just too much to ask for though and the ads are horrendous, almost like some horrible scam app. For the average user who just likes to pull out their phone in the supermarket and scan a few labels to make sure they're not buying a dud, this app is sadly no longer the one to use.

Excellent app. I use it to help it choose my wines and also keep a record of what i have used so i don't make a mistake of re-ordering a bad one! Interface is clean and easy to use. My only wish is that when i enter an internet supplier, the app dors not remember it for the future which means i have to re-enter it each time. Cellar facility is excellent. I don't have a cellar but keep between 40 to 70 wines in stock so the cellar helps me when re-stocking.

What's new

The newest version of the app allows you to control your Followers list even more so you can stay safe while using Vivino. You can prevent unwanted users from following you and seeing your profile, as well as manage blocked users from your settings. As always, if you have any feedback or suggestions, please let us know.
