I've been listening to Martin's podcasts for a while now, ever since my son (daily listener) pointed me in his direction. I find they really do help me to take back control when my anxiety is overwhelming me, and suffocating my thoughts. If you struggle with anxiety disorder, then I cannot recommend these podcasts enough. Martin's soothing voice, and his understanding of anxiety has been so valuable. Thank you.

I have to say at first I was sceptical about whether the content would actually help me, but after a few weeks of using the exercises I found them to be a lot more useful than I thought. The app itself is great, there is no pressure to subscribe to anything and all the content is top notch. I would like to say a personal thanks to Martin for helping me through some difficult times. If in doubt, download and try a few of the exercises, even doing it once a day has helped me so much.

I love Martin and his podcasts. They are incredibly calming and he has a magical way of transforming my state of mind to be more positive and relaxed. I find his meditations more relaxing than the mainstream apps. Martin got me through the long covid winter.
