I question any low reviews given for this app. It doesn't cost you anything (unlike opentable) and the app is easy to use. If you want take advantage of cheaper restaurant meals and save yourself from the awkwardness of presenting vouchers or booking. Eatclub is the way to go! I have used it dozens of times without issue and saving $100's each month.

40% of the time, it works everytime. Constantly out of date menus with items that are no longer available My orders don't actually go through despite the app showing "ready for collection" and the staff not even aware that an order is placed. (in full credit to the venues, they prioritise my order when I'm there but the app and platform's marketing do not come close to matching the experience described or implied) Support requests access to 24 hours of video evidence to look into any/all issues!

The best App I have ever used concerning food discounts. So reliable, and the one an only occasion that something actually went wrong. The team from eat club were super supportive and made sure that I got every cent of the discount I was entitled to. I Love the new feature of drinks focused, showing that this app is for the people using it, not just to make a profit. I only hope so see it grow, the more of us that use it the more it will be available. Simply great love it.
