Heart Saver helps you keep the right rhythm during CPR. As the seconds count down, the app keeps the rhythm so you can focus on the person in front of you.
A large number in the middle shows you exactly where you are in the sequence — 30 compressions at 110 BPM, then 2 clear breaths, then it starts over. A clicking sound keeps the rhythm, and a Danish voice says "breath" when it's time.
How to use Heart Saver:
• Place the phone next to the person
• Press START
• Follow the beat — the app counts for you
• Switch between compressions and breaths automatically
Features:
• 30/2 rhythm (recommended by the Danish First Aid Council)
• Adjustable tempo: 100, 110 or 120 BPM
• Clear click sound with each press
• Vibration with each press (can be turned off)
• Danish voice — choose between male and female
• Says the number at 10 and 20 so you know where you are
• Visual timer from start
• Counts cycles
• 112 button always visible — one press calls
• Warning if the volume is turned down too far
• The screen does not turn off during use
• Works without an internet connection
For whom?
Heart Saver is built for laypeople in an emergency, but can also be used by first aid instructors, ambulance personnel, lifeguards and anyone who has been trained in CPR.
Important:
Heart Saver does not replace CPR training. In case of cardiac arrest: always call 112 first. The app helps you with the rhythm — it does not assess the patient's condition.
Privacy:
Heart Saver does not collect any data. No analytics, no tracking, no network. Everything happens locally on your phone.
We welcome feedback. Write to us if you have ideas on how we can make the app even better.
